We can schedule your session over two days, if that would be more convenient for you.

Whether you want to address your sleep habits, how to better manage your body’s response to stress, explore how to balance your hormones, or simply feeling incorporate healthy lifestyle changes, this session provides you with insights, encouragement, and actionable steps tailored to your bio-individual health goals.

1:1 Health Coaching and Bio-Individual Wellness Plan

Integrative wellness coaching offering 1:1 wellness coaching for women ready to prioritize their health and peace of mind.

Deepen your wellness journey with a tailored plan to address your bio-individual needs and preferences. Together we will focus on building healthy habits in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors. We’ll develop concrete steps and strategies for achieving your goals, breaking down larger objectives into smaller, manageable tasks. As your health coach, I will provide ongoing support, encouragement and accountability to help you stay motivated and on track. We will track your progress, celebrate your successes, and make adjustments to the plan as needed.

Sessions are held in person or virtually

1:1 Health Coaching and Wellness Plan includes:

  • Health History Assessment and Goal Setting Consultation (2-hour initial consultation)

  • Bi-monthly sessions for 3 months (6 sessions total, 75-minutes each)with weekly accountability check-ins

  • Bio-Individual Wellness Plan to support long-term healthy habits

  • Ongoing educate and curated resources based on your bio-individual health and wellness goals

Group Services

Seed Keepers - Wellness Program for Women

Mind-body wellness coach leading group coaching for women, offering a supportive community for work-life balance and self-care growth.

Group wellness coaching may be a great solution for you if you’re busy balancing work, family, and self-care and want to learn and grow in a compassionate, confidential and supportive community of women.

Seed keepers  - Group Coaching includes:

  • 6 months; monthly 90-minute coaching sessions

  • Small cohorts of 4-6 women

  • 90-minute complimentary 1:1 integrative nutrition, health and wellness coaching session for each cohort member

  • Cohort members will choose four to six health topics that are top-of-mind

  • Curated resources on various wellness topics including: mindful eating; stress management; digestion and gut health; using food as medicine; and using herbs and natural remedies for hormone health

Seed Sowers - Group Wellness Coaching for Nonprofit Leaders

Nonprofit women leaders participating in Seed Sowers group wellness coaching led by a holistic wellness coach.

Successful nonprofit leaders are constantly acquiring new skills, knowledge or improving existing skills. “Leveling up” also means being accountable to yourself, your values and your well-being. If you’re a nonprofit CEO, Executive Director, Development Director, or Board Chair who wants to be well while doing good, this program will empower you to create healthy lifestyle habits while sowing seeds of wellness for your team, your organization and the communities you serve.

Seed Sowers - Group Coaching includes:

  • 4 months, bi-monthly 1-hour coaching sessions (total of 8 sessions) and 4 30-minute accountability check-ins 

  • Small cohorts of 4-6 nonprofit leaders

  • 90-minute complimentary 1:1 integrative nutrition, health and wellness coaching session for each cohort member

  • Cohort members will choose four to six health-related topics that are top-of-mind

  • Curated resources on various wellness topics including: managing anxiety and stress, balancing meal planning and self care with family and work commitments; prioritizing sleep and rest to prevent burnout; improving physical and mental health

NATURE AND FOREST THERAPY WALKS

Mind-body wellness coach leading group coaching for women, offering a supportive community for work-life balance and self-care growth.

In-Person Sessions Available in Chicago

Get out of your head, slow down, awaken your senses and experience nature’s gifts of presence, reciprocity, renewal and spaciousness.

Package Title includes:

  • Intentional invitations to help you open the doors of your senses and heartfelt presence so you can enter completely into a healing relationship with the forest or any place where humans and the more-than-human world abide 

  • Sharing circles and opportunities to build community across generations

  • Healing integration ceremony with locally-sourced herbs and teas from Reed’s Garden, an award-winning micro-farm on Chicago’s South Side

  • Forest and Nature Therapy walks are held at Garfield Park Conservatory, the Forest Preserves of Cook County, or any space where human beings interact with the more-than-human world of nature

Investment: 

  • Individual: $65 for a 3-hour guided walk

  • Private group of 4 to 7 (families are welcome): $250 for a 3.5-hour guided walk

  • Private group of 8 to 15: $500 for a 4-hour guided walk
