Your Wellness Journey

  • A health and wellness coach is a supportive guide who helps you reach your goals in a way that fits your life—not just by addressing symptoms, but by looking at your whole self: body, mind, habits, and lifestyle.

Here’s what that support might look like:

    • Personalized guidance on nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and more

    • A whole-life view, connecting things like work stress to digestion or energy

    • Ongoing encouragement and accountability

    • Mind-body tools such as breathwork, journaling, or grounding practices

    • Coaching conversations that help you uncover what’s really holding you back

For women over 40, working with a health and wellness coach may be the first opportunity for you to truly feel seen and supported as you navigate the natural and sometimes uncomfortable changes that may occur during peri-menopause and menopause.

  • Coaching at Inhalene is personalized based on your bio-individuality.

Let’s say you’re like Grace, a working mother of two teenaged boys. You often feeling tired, off-balance, with little time to create lifestyle habits that support your desire to live a healthy and vibrant life.

    Here’s how we’d work together:

    1. Initial Session: We’ll review your health history and your short- and long-term wellness goals. Together we’ll explore bio-individual, integrative health pathways that will be the foundation for your wellness journey.

    2. Personalized Wellness Plan: We'll prioritize areas of focus and create a wellness plan that supports what matters most to you, for example mindful eating, fitness and movement, stress management, or restorative sleep.

    3. Ongoing Support: We’ll meet regularly (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), with intermittent check-ins, and updates tailored to your schedule and goals.

    4. Long-Term Focus: Health coaching can help you build healthy and sustainable habits, shift your mindset, and reconnect with the strong, vibrant version of yourself.

Every coaching session is a safe space for exploration, growth and learning.

    • South Shore Nature Sanctuary

    • Sand Ridge Nature Preserve

    • Swallow Cliff Woods

Forest and Nature Therapy walks offer participants an opportunity to receive the healing benefits of nature; to slow down, disconnect from technology, and reconnect with nature through their senses.

  • Coaching sessions are held virtually or in-person—whatever works best for you.

  • Inhalene’s programs and services are created specifically for women over the age of 40. This season of life is full of changes— energetic, hormonal and more. I will meet you where you are and together, recognizing your unique, bio-individual signature, we’ll co-create a path to wellness.

As an integrative nutrition, health and wellness coach:

    • I have a deep understanding of midlife changes, hormone health, mindful eating practices and gut and digestive health

    • Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore the real stuff—burnout, body image, grief, identity, overwhelm and stress

    • We’ll take a holistic approach to nutrition, fitness and movement, rest, mindset, stress management - whatever matters most to you.

    • We’ll create realistic and sustainable strategies that support your actual life circumstances

    • I’ll help you stay on track and hold yourself accountable for achieving your goals in compassionate ways that build confidence and self-trust

I’m committed to helping you feel at home in your body.

  • Absolutely—this is one of the most powerful times to have a coach by your side.

Symptoms like hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings, sleep issues, and brain fog are real and can be overwhelming. A coach trained in hormone health can help you:

    • Create a hormone-supportive lifestyle

    • Learn how to identify your body’s cues and the different pathways your body provides feedback to you

    • Use tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and other modalities and practices that support your nervous system

    • Set realistic goals based on your level of energy and physical and emotional needs

    • Collaborate with your healthcare team (OB/GYN, MD, etc.)

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to power through it all by yourself.

  • Group coaching is a supportive space for women to grow, learn, share, and thrive together. At Inhalene, our Seedkeepers cohorts include 3–6 women who will explore and learn together together over a series of monthly sessions.

    Group sessions may include:

    • Health information and resources on various topics (e.g., stress management, mindful eating, hormonal health, gut and digestive health, sleep, rest and movement)

    • Group discussions and time for personal reflection including prompting questions to review your past so you can re-prioritize your future

    • Gentle movement, grounding exercises, meditation, and breathwork

    • Individual and group goal-setting with bi-weekly accountability check-ins

    • Optional private community for support between sessions

This is for women who want to:

    • Be supported by a compassionate community of women who may be experiencing similar health and wellness challenges

    • Feel seen and understood as they approach and navigate midlife

    • Review their life choices and preferences and reflect on what matters most to them

  • Yes. Coaching can be a lifeline if you’re feeling emotionally, physically, and mentally drained.

    Burnout often shows up as:

    • Chronic fatigue or brain fog

    • Irritability, numbness, or disconnection

    • Trouble sleeping, even when exhausted

    • Resentment or saying yes to everything

    • Loss of joy, creativity, or purpose

    Together, we’ll:

    • Identify what’s draining you and where your boundaries are (or aren’t)

    • Create a burnout recovery plan that supports your nervous system and gently encourages lifestyle changes, if appropriate

    • Practice saying no (without guilt), reclaim your time, and reset your pace

    • Unpack beliefs like perfectionism and people-pleasing

    • Build a lifestyle that supports healing and sustainability

Recovering from burnout and overwhelm is a process that may mean making small or significant changes to allow your body, mind and spirit to heal. Compassionate self-care is key.

  • Every session is a guided, supportive conversation focused on you. You’ll:

    • Reflect on what’s working and what’s not

    • Explore your vision of wellness, your goals and actual and perceived barriers to success

    • Receive resources and accountability tools tailored to fit your health and wellness goals

    • Celebrate wins (big and small)

    • End each session with a plan and sustainable steps that will move you closer to your vision of health and wellness

Whether you’re starting fresh or adjusting course, sessions are about progress, not perfection.
