DOES PRIORITIZING YOUR HEALTH FEEL IMPOSSIBLE?
"IF I JUST HAD MORE WILL-POWER, I COULD LOSE THE WEIGHT I'VE GAINED."
You want to eat healthier, but are confused by all the conflicting advice and messages about diets and lifestyle hacks.
"MENOPAUSE IS FEELING MORE LIKE A PROGRESSION OF ILLS."
After taking care of your family and building your career, you feel there’s no time to take care of yourself. Deep restorative rest feels like a dream long-deferred.
“I’VE FORGOTTEN WHAT A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP FEELS LIKE”
You’re exhausted most of the time, experience brain fog, hot flashes and low libido. You dream of having more energy and focus, but don’t know where to start.
RELATIONAL NATURE AND FOREST THERAPY WALKS
We’ll meet in the forests and nature sanctuaries in and around Chicago.
Relational Nature and Forest Therapy Walks include:
Intentional invitations to help you open the doors of your senses and heartfelt presence so you can enter completely into a healing relationship with the forest or any place where humans and the more-than-human world abide
Sharing circles and opportunities to build community across generations
Healing integration ceremony with locally-sourced herbs and teas from Reed’s Garden, an award-winning micro-farm on Chicago’s South Side
Nature and Forest Therapy walks are held in the Forest Preserves of Cook County and spaces where human beings interact with the more-than-human world of nature
