NATURE AND FOREST THERAPY WALKS

Mind-body wellness coach leading group coaching for women, offering a supportive community for work-life balance and self-care growth.

We’ll meet in the forests and nature sanctuaries in and around Chicago. When it’s just a bit too cold in Chicago, we will gather indoors at the Garfield Park Conservatory.

The winter (indoor) and spring, 2026 schedule will be posted by January 1, 2026. Please send an inquiry to marguerite@inhalene.com for private and group reservations starting again in late spring, summer and fall, 2026.

Nature and Forest Therapy Walks include:

  • Intentional invitations to help you open the doors of your senses and heartfelt presence so you can enter completely into a healing relationship with the forest or any place where humans and the more-than-human world abide 

  • Sharing circles and opportunities to build community across generations

  • Healing integration ceremony with locally-sourced herbs and teas from Reed’s Garden, an award-winning micro-farm on Chicago’s South Side

  • Nature and Forest Therapy Walks are held in the Forest Preserves of Cook County and spaces where human beings interact with the more-than-human world of nature

Investment*: 

  • Individual: $40 for a 3.5-hour guided walk and tea ceremony

  • Groups of more than 4 individuals will benefit from select dates and a special rate for this offering.

    * 20% of your investment will be donated to the following nonprofit organizations: American Indian Center, Faith in Place and the Chicago Foundation for Women.
