Each gathering blends mindful coaching, shared reflection, and simple, actionable steps to help you integrate what you learn into real life. You’ll walk away with more than insight — you’ll have community, accountability, and a renewed sense of balance.

SEED KEEPERS
WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR WOMEN
Group wellness coaching may be a great solution for you if you’re busy balancing work, family, and self-care and want to learn and grow in a compassionate, confidential and supportive community of women.
Seed Keepers - Group Coaching includes:
6 months; monthly 90-minute coaching sessions
Small cohorts of 4-8 women
90-minute complimentary 1:1 integrative nutrition, health and wellness coaching session for each cohort member
Cohort members will choose four to six health topics that are top-of-mind
Curated resources on various wellness topics including: mindful eating; stress management; digestion and gut health; using food as medicine; and using herbs and natural remedies for hormone health
Women have always created community as nourishment for the true hungers of our time. Let’s walk into wellness together.

SEED SOWERS
GROUP WELLNESS COACHING FOR NONPROFIT LEADERS
Successful nonprofit leaders are constantly acquiring new skills, knowledge or improving existing skills. “Leveling up” also means being accountable to yourself, your values and your well-being. If you’re a nonprofit CEO, Executive Director, Development Director, or Board Chair who wants to be well while doing good, this program will empower you to create healthy lifestyle habits while sowing seeds of wellness for your team, your organization and the communities you serve.
Seed Sowers - Group Coaching includes:
4 months, bi-monthly 1-hour coaching sessions (total of 8 sessions) and 4 30-minute accountability check-ins
Small cohorts of 4-6 nonprofit leaders
90-minute complimentary 1:1 integrative nutrition, health and wellness coaching session for each cohort member
Cohort members will choose four to six health-related topics that are top-of-mind
Curated resources on various wellness topics including: managing anxiety and stress, balancing meal planning and self care with family and work commitments; prioritizing sleep and rest to prevent burnout; improving physical and mental health
